Raymah: Raymah governorate on Saturday officially launched the 1448 AH academic year, with local officials emphasizing the importance of education and collective efforts to ensure a successful school year.
According to Yemen News Agency, Secretary-General of the Local Council Hassan al-Omari and Mobilization Official Mohammed al-Nahari, accompanied by Education Sector Official Yaish al-Dhubaibi, visited al-Fateh Boys School, Zainab Girls School, and al-Zahra Basic School in al-Jaben district to review the start of classes.
The officials stressed the need for coordinated efforts to improve the quality of education and support the success of the new academic year, describing education as a cornerstone of development and nation-building.
They praised the commitment of educational staff and encouraged students to remain dedicated to their studies and academic achievement.
Education officials also highlighted the regular attendance of teachers and the strong turnout of students on the first day of the school year.
