Sana'a: A five-day training course for female staff members of the Ministry of Local Administration and Rural Development and Women's Development Departments in the governorates commenced in the capital Sana'a.
According to Yemen News Agency, the course is designed to equip 50 participants with essential knowledge on the significance of moral accountability, its role in personal development, and behavioral guidance, alongside enhancing their administrative skills and professional capacities.
During the opening session, Deputy Minister Nasser al-Mehdhar highlighted that the program underscores the ministry's dedication to bolstering the capabilities of its female workforce and supporting their contributions in multiple fields. The training encompasses awareness and educational sessions focusing on ethical values, personal responsibility, confidence, and administrative skills. Officials are hopeful that the course will lead to improvements in administrative performance within the ministry and its offices across the governorates.
