Al-hodeidah: Kirill Dmitriev, the Russian Presidential Special Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, predicted that oil prices will reach $150 a barrel in the coming weeks. According to Yemen News Agency, Dmitriev wrote on social media: "We are currently on a trajectory that suggests the price per barrel will reach $150, and perhaps even higher, within the next two or three weeks, as disruptions to oil supplies are affecting not only logistics but also production itself." Dmitriev made this comment based on a report published in an American newspaper, which stated that the heads of American oil companies warned US authorities that the energy crisis resulting from the military conflict in the Middle East is "likely to worsen."
