Sana'a: The Southern Movement component participating in the National Dialogue Conference and a signatory to the Peace and Partnership Agreement has extended its congratulations to the Islamic Republic of Iran and the axis of resistance on the election of Mr. Mojtaba Khamenei as Supreme Leader of the Republic.
According to Yemen News Agency, in a statement issued by its General Secretariat, the component affirmed that this choice represents a continuation of the path of resistance and jihad. It follows in the footsteps of martyred leaders and strengthens the struggle to support the Palestinian people and the resistance against the Zionist and American enemy and their allies until the temporary Zionist entity is eliminated.
The statement indicated that the election of Mr. Mojtaba Khamenei is a painful blow to the enemies of the nation. It confirms the continued support for the freedom fighters of Gaza and the resistance until the Palestinian people attain all their legitimate rights, foremost among them the establishment of their independent state with Quds as its capital.
