Sana’a Rallies Condemn Saudi Actions and Pledge Support for Armed Forces

Sana'a:Mass rallies took place across Sana'a province following Friday prayers, as residents gathered to express their readiness to support the armed forces. The rallies were held under the Quranic slogan "Whoever attacks you, retaliate in the same manner as they attacked you."

According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the rallies, which occurred in mosques throughout the province's districts, chanted slogans rejecting enemies, traitors, and agents. They called for freedom and mobilization to confront the escalating aggression by the Saudi enemy and its mercenaries.

The demonstrators reaffirmed their allegiance to the Revolution Leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and pledged continued support for the armed forces until their demands are met, including the end of aggression, lifting of the blockade, and cessation of occupation. They accused Saudi Arabia of targeting Yemen in retaliation for its support of the Palestinian cause and the people of Gaza.

A statement from the rallies accused the Saudi forces of escalating their aggression by targeting homes and markets and maintaining a blockade to subjugate the Yemeni people, allegedly in service of Israel. The statement emphasized ongoing mobilization, support for battlefronts with fighters and funds, and full backing for the armed forces.

The rallies referenced a statement by the Yemeni armed forces warning that any Saudi threats to target Yemeni tribes would not be ignored and could result in catastrophic consequences for Riyadh. Yemeni tribes, fighters, and tribal sheikhs were called upon to intensify armed rallies, reaffirm allegiance to the Leader of the Revolution, and continue the so-called historic battle. The statement also urged participation in the annual Martyr's Day commemorations and visits to honor families of martyrs.
