Sana'a: Researcher Yahya Ali al-Dhabi received a PhD with distinction from Sana'a University's Business Administration Center for his dissertation titled 'The Mediating Role of Entrepreneurial Orientation in the Relationship Between Strategic Leadership and Sustainable Performance in Small and Medium Industrial Enterprises in Yemen.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the examination committee comprised Dr. Sinan al-Murhadi as the chair and internal examiner, Dr. Abdulkhaleq Tawaf as the supervisor on behalf of Dr. Majid Ja'eel, and Dr. Mohammed al-Ashwal as the external examiner from Al-Bayda University. The committee praised the quality and contributions of al-Dhabi's research.
