Sana’a Symposium Highlights Arab, Islamic Interest in Iran’s Victory Over American-Zionist Aggression

Sana'a: An international symposium held in the capital Sana'a discussed the Arab and Islamic strategic interest in Iran's victory and the defeat of the American-Zionist aggression, emphasizing regional solidarity and awareness.

According to Yemen News Agency, the symposium was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and brought together officials, academics, and researchers to examine the objectives and implications of the American-Zionist aggression against Iran and its impact on the Arab and Islamic world.

Deputy Foreign Minister Abdulwahid Abu Ras reaffirmed Yemen's full support and solidarity with Iran, as well as with resistance movements in Lebanon, Iraq, and Palestine, stressing that Yemen cannot remain neutral in confronting the American-Zionist aggression. He described Yemen's stance as principled and rooted in moral and humanitarian responsibility.

Participants highlighted that the aggression has revealed broader regional challenges, calling for unity, cooperation, and collective action. They also stressed the importance of raising awareness about the nature of the confrontation and strengthening social cohesion and facing global arrogance.

During the symposium, several academic papers addressed the political, legal, and strategic dimensions of the American-Zionist aggression against Iran, including its geopolitical repercussions and implications for regional stability. The event concluded with calls to enhance Arab and Islamic cooperation, reduce dependence on external powers, strengthen internal capabilities, and develop unified political and media discourse to confront the ongoing aggression.
