Sana'a: Sana'a University awarded researcher Abdulkhaliq Mohammed Ahmed Al-Junaid a PhD from the Center for Training and Population Studies.
According to Yemen News Agency, the examining committee commended the dissertation topic, which focuses on developing institutional performance and promoting the concepts of total quality management within the state's administrative apparatus.
