Sana’a University President Stresses Accuracy in Recording Grades and Adherence to Result Deadlines

Sana'a: The President of Sana'a University, Dr. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, affirmed the university's commitment to ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and transparency in recording, uploading students' results and entering them into the electronic system, enabling students to access their results in a timely manner.

According to Yemen News Agency, during an expanded meeting held with vice deans for student affairs and heads of examination control committees, Dr. Al-Bukhaiti emphasized that the accuracy of academic information represents both an ethical and administrative responsibility directly linked to students' rights and their academic future. The meeting was attended by Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. Mohammed Shukri, Registrar General Ahmed Al-Shammari, and Director General of Information Systems Eng. Zaki Al-Thawr.

Dr. Al-Bukhaiti pointed out that any error in recording grades or delay in uploading results negatively impacts students and affects their academic plans. He called on all faculties to intensify efforts to complete the entry and careful review of grades before their electronic approval, while adhering strictly to the specified timeline.

He also directed that students' grades be made available through the Student Services Portal on the university's official website, allowing them to easily access their results. Furthermore, Dr. Al-Bukhaiti stressed the importance of strengthening coordination between examination control committees and the General Administration of Information Systems to overcome any technical challenges and ensure the efficient operation of the electronic grading process, in line with the university's orientation toward digital transformation and the development of its academic and administrative services.
