Sana'a: The Women's Development Department in al-Haymah al-Dakhiliyah district and the Women's Development Office in Bani Matar district, both situated in Sana'a governorate, organized speech events on Monday to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah. According to Yemen News Agency, activities held in al-Haymah al-Dakhiliyah's al-Hadab, al-Ahboub, Bilad al-Qabail, and Bani Amr focused on highlighting the religious importance of the occasion. The events aimed to foster obedience to God and His Messenger, emphasizing the historical significance of the Day of al-Wilayah. Speakers at the events discussed the role of Muslim women in positively embodying this historical event across educational, awareness, and social spheres. They highlighted the importance of Muslim women's contributions to these areas. Additionally, the speakers underscored that supporting the Palestinian cause and engaging in jihad are essential demonstrations of true allegiance to God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali. These themes were integral to th e discussions during the events. In Bani Matar, participants emphasized the necessity of connecting the Islamic nation to its faith by embracing the Prophet's family members, whom God and His Messenger have designated as leaders. This connection was deemed crucial for maintaining faith and unity within the Islamic community. Both events featured chants and poetry that reflected the importance of the occasion and celebrated the historical and religious significance of the Day of al-Wilayah.
