Dhamar:Ten civilians were either killed or injured when Saudi airstrikes targeted residential homes in the villages of Al-Ar and Razah in the Qa' al-Haql area of the Dawran Anis district, Dhamar governorate. The attacks utilized internationally banned cluster bombs.

According to Yemen News Agency, the assault resulted in the deaths of three children and injuries to seven other civilians, including women. The Saudi aggression aircraft specifically targeted civilian homes in the district.
