School Bag Distribution Initiative Launched for Children of Martyrs and Missing Persons in Dhamar

Dhamar: The Dhamar branch of the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families initiated a school bag distribution project for the children of martyrs and missing persons enrolled in various levels of general education. The project was launched under the slogan: "With Knowledge and Learning, We Preserve the Trust of Our Martyrs."

According to Yemen News Agency, the province's General Mobilization official, Ahmed Al-Dhurani, emphasized that the project aims to fulfill part of the educational requirements of the children of martyrs and missing persons. He underscored the necessity of ongoing collective efforts to support and assist these families.

Al-Dhurani reiterated the dedication of the revolutionary and political leadership, along with the local authority, to offer educational, healthcare, social, and humanitarian assistance to the children, families of martyrs, missing persons, and the wounded. He mentioned that these families receive priority for free educational opportunities as an acknowledgment of their sacrifices.

Hashem Al-Hamzi, director of the provincial branch of the Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families, stated that the distribution is conducted in coordination with the education sector and is aimed at 5,007 students, who are children of martyrs and missing persons, attending schools throughout the province.

He detailed that each school bag includes essential stationery and school supplies designed to facilitate suitable learning conditions and alleviate the financial burden on their families.

Deputy Director of the Provincial Education Office Ali Al-Amadi commended the authority's initiatives, highlighting that the distribution of school bags offers direct support to students and their families, aiding in educational stability and enabling them to pursue their studies.
