Sa'ada: The Sa'ada branch of the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families launched a project today to distribute school bags and supplies to the children of martyrs and missing persons across all districts.
According to Yemen News Agency, at the launch, the head of the education sector in the governorate, Mohammed al-Dawla, praised the Authority's efforts in caring for the children of martyrs and missing persons. He emphasized that the attention given to their education embodies loyalty to their fathers' sacrifices and reflects a commitment to building a generation equipped with knowledge and skills, thus contributing to serving the nation and strengthening the development process.
He called for integrated efforts among various entities to ensure the success of the educational process and to provide a suitable environment that enables the children of martyrs to continue their education and achieve excellence. For his part, Abdullah Al-Kastaban, Director of the Martyrs' Families Care Authority branch, explained that all children of martyrs and missing persons enrolled in education across various districts will benefit from the project. This initiative falls under the Authority's educational support programs, which aim to provide school supplies and alleviate the financial burden on martyrs' families, thereby contributing to the stability and continuity of the educational process.
He commended the cooperation of the education sector leadership, educational staff, and teachers in ensuring the project's success. He emphasized that caring for the children of martyrs is a national and moral responsibility, and that the Authority is committed to implementing its support programs designed to meet their needs in all areas.
