Al-hodeidah: The Endowments and Guidance Sector in Al-Sukhna District, Al-Hodeidah Governorate, organized a cultural seminar on Tuesday to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him), under the slogan "By the Lord of the Kaaba, I Have Triumphed."
According to Yemen News Agency, the district's General Mobilization Officer, Hasan Shaddad, emphasized the importance of drawing lessons and inspiration from the life, courage, and sacrifices of Imam Ali in the cause of upholding the word of Allah and supporting the truth. He described the commemoration of this occasion as a crucial moment to strengthen the connection with Imam Al-Karrar's approach in confronting the forces of arrogance and global tyranny.
He pointed out that the life of Imam Ali represents a comprehensive school of justice, faith, and responsibility, stressing the need to emulate his struggle and patience in light of the challenges currently facing the nation.
For his part, Hasan Al-Bazzaz, a member of the Yemeni Scholars Association, highlighted aspects of Imam Ali's life, his close relationship with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), and his pivotal role in building and protecting the Islamic state.
He explained that the nation's deviation from the Muhammadan path is what has led to its current state of weakness and division, and that a sincere return to the Qur'an and the guides of righteousness is required.
Al-Bazzaz affirmed that Imam Ali embodied the highest model of a just and ascetic ruler who devoted his life to serving Islam and Muslims, noting that the commemoration of his martyrdom will remain a source of motivation to uphold the principles of truth and freedom.
He urged scholars and guides to intensify awareness efforts to educate society about the dangers of conspiracies targeting the religious identity of the Yemeni people.
