Sana’a: The Social Affairs and Labor Office in the Capital Secretariat organized a cultural event on Saturday to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of leader Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi and to celebrate the victory of the Mujahideen in Gaza. Ahmed Al-Hakim, Deputy Director of the office, underscored the significance of the martyrdom anniversary as an opportunity to promote the principles and values of faith, Qur’anic culture, and the spirit of sacrifice in the face of tyranny.
According to Yemen News Agency, Tawfiq Al-Sebai, Director of the office’s Human Resources Department, highlighted that the commemoration of the martyr leader serves as an inspiration, drawing lessons from his sacrifices and courageous stands against falsehood. He emphasized the importance of remembering the leader’s actions and the silence of others during challenging times.
Cultural activist Anwar Al-Sharif spoke on the martyr leader’s dedication, his initiatives, and the substantial sacrifices made for the sake of God and the nation. Al-Sharif asserted the need to continue the martyr’s path in opposing oppressive forces to achieve victory. He also reflected on the martyr’s life, his Qur’anic mission, and his role in rallying the nation against global tyranny and colonial ambitions.
