Ibb: The Tourism and Culture sectors, along with the Youth and Sports Office in Ibb Governorate, organized a speech and cultural event commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), under the slogan "Abasement is beneath us."
According to Yemen News Agency, the head of the tourism sector, Ghanem Awssaj, emphasized the importance of commemorating this occasion to draw lessons from Imam Hussein's biography in confronting tyrants, noting that a nation that learns from its history is better able to build its future.
He also addressed the lessons of Ashura in the thought of the martyred leader Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi: awareness, insight, confronting falsehood, and connecting the past with the present.
