Sana'a: The Zakat, Endowments and Improvement offices, in coordination with the local authority and General Mobilization in Jihana District of Sana'a Governorate, organized a speech event marking the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birth, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. During the event, District Director Saleh Muayad emphasized the significance of commemorating this occasion as a means to draw lessons and inspiration from the Prophet's life.
According to Yemen News Agency, District Director Saleh Muayad noted that celebrating the Prophet's birthday serves as a spiritual occasion to strengthen moral values and enhance mobilization and solidarity efforts in confronting challenges. He urged residents of the district to actively participate in all preparatory activities and the central celebration.
District Zakat Office Director Ismail Al-Bashari described the occasion as an opportunity to provide practical support to the poor and needy, embodying the values of social solidarity encouraged by the Prophet. He stated that the Zakat Office is aiming to expand charitable projects and assistance targeting the most vulnerable groups during these days.
