Taiz:Government spokesman Dr. Omar Al-Bakhiti has praised the residents of Taiz Governorate, including local leaders and citizens, for their cooperation with Yemeni armed forces in expelling Saudi mobilizations and securing the region.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Bakhiti emphasized that the primary focus is on safeguarding the lives and properties of the people in Taiz. He highlighted the community's awareness, which played a crucial role in thwarting attempts by Saudi forces to disrupt social cohesion.
Dr. Al-Bakhiti remarked that Taiz is gradually overcoming the Saudi occupation forces, with the region on the path to recovery. He expressed confidence that Taiz would regain its position as a vital area in Yemen after the defeat of the occupation forces.
The spokesman urged those still aligned with the Saudi forces to cease hostilities and return home, taking advantage of the presidential amnesty offered by the President of the Supreme Political Council. This amnesty provides safety to those who abandon fighting and reintegrate into their communities.
