Amran: A training course dedicated to improving the use of the electronic Student Affairs System (SAR) began today at Ibb University under the slogan "Data Accuracy and Speed of Achievement."
According to Yemen News Agency, the course includes 96 participants from the staff of the Vice Presidency for Student Affairs and student affairs employees in the university's faculties and centers. The training will last for six days. During the opening of the course, the university president, Dr. Nasr Al Hajili, highlighted the importance of fully utilizing the training program and its practical content. He emphasized that this initiative aims to develop administrative and technical performance and enhance the efficiency of workers in the student affairs field. This effort is expected to improve the level of services provided to students and streamline their academic and administrative procedures through the unified electronic system.
Dr. Al Hajili further explained that the course is part of the university's strategy to complete digital transformation projects and advance its technical and administrative infrastructure. He noted that the Student Affairs System (SAR) is a fundamental element in organizing academic data and automating student-related procedures, ranging from coordination, admission, and registration to issuing graduation documents and offering various electronic services.
He also mentioned that the university has made significant progress in networking electronic systems and updating databases. This progress enhances the accuracy, speed, and transparency of transactions and contributes to building a modern administrative system that aligns with the requirements of academic and administrative development.
Dr. Al Hajili affirmed that training human resources is crucial for the success of digital transformation projects.
