Bani saad: The Planning Sector in the Bani Sa'd district organized a training workshop today for directors of executive offices to update current situation analyses and draft the Integrated Strategic Development Plan for the years 1448 AH - 1450 AH. The workshop aimed to enhance the capabilities of local staff in developmental planning and the "Integrated Development Model."
According to Yemen News Agency, participants analyzed several critical local issues, including environmental stability, the impact of rural-to-urban migration on services, and the decline in economic activities like agricultural and livestock production. The sessions focused on evaluating available resources and formulating a three-year strategic roadmap alongside a specific executive plan for the year 1448 AH.
District Director Saad al-Tawil and Agricultural Society Head Othman Yassin described the workshop as a vital step toward identifying priorities in social and economic fields to achieve sustainable development. Executive directors were tasked with identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) within their sectors to ensure the plan leads to community self-sufficiency and improved local services.
