Sanaa: A meeting at the Supreme Committee for Elections and Referendum, chaired by Deputy Chairman Judge Mohammed al-Azair, on Tuesday discussed the progress of the Ramadan program at the main headquarters and the Secretariat’s branches in the governorates.

According to Yemen News Agency, Secretary-General Mohammed al-Jalal presented a report on the implementation of the Ramadan program at the headquarters and branch offices. This initiative aligns with directives from the Leader of the Revolution, Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, concerning Ramadan activities.

Al-Jalal highlighted that the directives for the holy month include community-oriented initiatives. These initiatives are aimed at strengthening social solidarity, enhancing mobilization efforts, and preparing for any potential confrontation with what he described as forces of global hegemony led by the United States and Israel.

Participants of the meeting reviewed prepared plans and activities for the Ramadan program. These include charitable initiatives, cultural and awareness meetings, and various Ramadan gatherings scheduled for the month of 1447 AH.

The committee also examined the daily monitoring report of the Ramadan program. They approved the scheduling and distribution of activities, emphasizing the importance of benefiting from the Leader’s daily Ramadan lectures and guidance on various issues.

At the conclusion of the meeting, several members and the Secretary-General were tasked with implementing the Ramadan activities according to the approved timetable. The focus will be on cultural, awareness, and mobilization aspects, as well as institutional and community preparedness in light of ongoing developments.
