Al-hawban: Al-Hikma University branch in Al-Hawban of Taiz governorate organized a speech event on Monday to commemorate the anniversary of Prophet Muhammad's birthday for 1448 AH, adopting the slogan 'At Your Service, O Messenger of Allah.' The event was attended by notable figures, including Taiz undersecretary Mohammed Al-Khalidi, Education Sector official Dr. Mohammed Al-Dhaibani, Planning Sector official Mohammed Al-Washli, and University Secretary-General Dr. Yasser Misfar.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences Dr. Fadl Al-Qubati emphasized the spiritual and humanitarian significance of commemorating the birth of the Prophet. He described the occasion as an opportunity to honor the Prophet, highlighting the importance of rejoicing in this event as a reflection of compliance with the Quranic verse which encourages joy in Allah's mercy. Dr. Al-Qubati stressed that the commemoration should lead to a conscious return to the Prophetic path, promoting loyalty and adherence, particularly in education and addressing challenges facing the nation.
Dr. Al-Qubati also reiterated the commitment to steadfastness and rejecting dependency, maintaining the policy of 'siege for siege' until achieving victory and full sovereignty. Taiz Traffic Police Director Brigadier General Fatik Al-Shamsi addressed the religious and moral responsibility of the Muslim community in upholding its faith-based identity. He warned against normalization efforts and alliances with global powers like the United States and Israel, highlighting the Yemeni people's awareness and steadfastness in countering destructive schemes and networks of conspiracy against Yemen.
