Sana'a: The technical teams of the national team for procedure simplification and service quality development continued their field visits to several public service units to monitor the implementation level of the inspection and evaluation process results at service centers within the "First Stage - Foundation."
According to Yemen News Agency, today's field visits by the technical teams included the Local Water and Sanitation Corporation in the Capital Secretariat (Fourth District) and the Public Works and Roads Office in Ma'ain District, Secretariat. The first team, led by Qais Al-Rada'i, a representative of the Central Control and Auditing Authority, met with Yahya Al-Shahidhi, the Secretary General of the Local Council in Ma'ain District, and Directors of the Works Offices, Engineer Yasser Al-Hadi and Engineer Abdul Fattah Al-Humaidi.
During the meeting, the recommendations, treatments, and development proposals matrix for the service center and mechanisms were reviewed and discussed in light of the inspection and evaluation results report. The District Local Secretary emphasized the importance of simplifying and accelerating procedures for services provided to citizens, aiming to implement clear pathways and explore electronic service channels to enhance accessibility.
Meanwhile, the second team, headed by Dr. Mohammed Al-Shamiri from the Prime Minister's Office, met with Engineer Hassan Al-Alimi, Director of the Fourth District for Water and Sanitation. Dr. Al-Shamiri discussed the matrix of executive procedures and proposals for service center development, affirming the technical team's support during the implementation phase.
The field visits aim to provide technical support to targeted units, assist them in implementing the recommendations and development proposals, and ultimately improve the efficiency and quality of services offered to clients.
