Sana'a: The Public Telecommunications Corporation delivered two blood testing devices and chemistry analyzers to the health center at the Central Prison in Hodeida governorate, enhancing health services for prison inmates.
According to Yemen News Agency, the delivery of the devices is part of the corporation's community activities aimed at improving health services. Deputy Governor for Services Affairs, Mohammed Halisi, praised the corporation's role in supporting service and health facilities, emphasizing the importance of this contribution in alleviating the suffering of inmates and ensuring necessary medical care.
Ali Makki, Director of the Public Telecommunications Corporation branch in Hodeida, stated that providing the prison's health center with the devices aligns with the corporation's social responsibility and commitment to enhancing health services. He highlighted that supporting the health sector in the governorate is a priority within their organizational plan.
Lieutenant Colonel Tawfiq Al-Zariqi, director of the central prison, acknowledged the corporation's support and quick response to the health center's needs. He noted that the medical equipment would significantly enhance the efficiency of health services and expedite the diagnosis of inmates' medical conditions.
