Sanaa:Scattered thundery rainfall is forecasted over several governorates within the next 24 hours.
According to Yemen News Agency, the National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning has indicated that parts of Taiz, Ibb, Raymah, Al-Mahwit, and Hajjah, along with sections of the Tihama Plain and the western coast, are likely to experience these weather conditions.
Additional scattered rainfall is anticipated over highland regions in the governorates of Al-Dhalea, Abyan, and Lahj, as well as in the western areas of Dhamar, Amran, and Saada.
The Center has issued warnings to citizens about the risk of flash floods in ravines and valleys, advising caution in these areas and recommending avoiding crossing them during and after rainfall. Further warnings have been made regarding the potential dangers of thundery rainfall, reduced visibility caused by low clouds and fog on roads and mountain slopes, and the need for appropriate preventive measures.
