Training Program at Legal Office Concludes with Focus on Public Responsibility and National Affairs

Sana’a: The training program on lessons, sermons, and sayings of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) regarding public responsibility and managing the affairs of the nation, conducted by the Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, concluded today at the Legal Training Center of the Legal Office of the State in Sana’a.

According to Yemen News Agency, the program, organized in coordination with the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support at the Presidency Office, spanned over a week and targeted all employees of the Legal Office. The head of the Legal Office of the State, Dr. Ismail Al-Mahaqiri, highlighted the importance of such programs in consolidating faith-based and ethical commitments to serving society, establishing justice, applying the law, and combating corruption. He acknowledged the role of the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support in the program’s success, emphasizing the need to apply its content practically to correct the professional path and responsibly handle citizens’ issues.

Dr. Ali Abbas, the program coordinator, noted that the Legal Office is among the first government entities to implement this program, alongside a previous training program based on the Revolution Leader’s lectures on Imam Ali’s covenant to Malik al-Ashtar. He stated that the program aligns with capacity-building efforts in government institutions and aims to enhance awareness of national responsibilities to meet current demands.

Mohsen Al-Shami, representing the trainees, remarked that the Revolution Leader’s speeches served as a roadmap for consolidating the jihadist spirit and values of public responsibility, in line with the Holy Quran and Imam Ali’s covenant. He emphasized that the program reinforced the notion that “public office is a duty before it is an honor, and that managing the affairs of the nation is a great trust borne by the one in charge of responsibility.”

The conclusion of the program, attended by key figures including the Deputy Head of the State Litigation Sector at the Legal Office, Judge Adnan Al-Mahutori; the head of the Legal Training Center, Dr. Mohammed Al-Zubairi; and the head of the Official Gazette Department, Mohammed Jassar, saw certificates distributed to participants of this program and the previous training on Imam Ali’s covenant to Malik al-Ashtar.
