Sanaa: The Yemeni Standards, Metrology and Quality Control Authority has launched a training program focused on excellence in public service. The program, organized by the Authority's Training and Qualification Center, aims to equip 17 trainees - specialists and public service employees - with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop and enhance their abilities in dealing with the public.
According to Yemen News Agency, the five-day program will provide these trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge. The initiative reflects the Authority's commitment to improving the quality of public service by investing in the development of its employees. Participants in the program will undergo intensive training sessions designed to empower them with the tools needed for effective public engagement and service delivery.
