Al-mahwit: The Shibam Kawkaban tribes of Al-Mahwit governorate organized an armed tribal stand on Sunday to honor the sacrifices of martyrs and reaffirm their commitment to confronting any potential escalation by external forces.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the stand declared their intention to continue mobilization and rallying efforts to thwart any conspiracies or aggression against Yemen. They expressed their preparedness to implement any strategies determined by the Revolutionary Leadership to defend against aggression and pledged unwavering support to the Palestinian cause.
A statement from the event underscored the readiness of Shibam Kawkaban's people, alongside other Yemenis, to make significant sacrifices in facing the challenges directed at Yemen and in support of the Palestinian people. The pledge to the martyrs was renewed, vowing to follow their path until victory is achieved, with a firm stance against retreating from this course, irrespective of the challenges encountered.
The statement further asserted that Yemen's tribes will uphold their honorable positions and refuse to trade dignity for humiliation. It denounced traitors and agents serving the enemies, specifically the Zionists and their followers, and called upon authorities to impose the harshest penalties on those involved in treason, collaboration, or activities that threaten security in favor of the Zionists and their allies. Additionally, it affirmed support for security agencies in maintaining the country's unity and stability.
