Marib: A commemorative speaking event and a foot march were held on Sunday in Harib al-Qaramish District, Marib Governorate, as part of the activities marking the annual Martyr's Anniversary for 1447 AH. Speeches at the event highlighted the status of the martyrs, their sacrifices, and stressed the responsibility that rests on everyone toward those who watered the land with their blood in defense of religion, the homeland, its security, and stability.
According to Yemen News Agency, the speeches affirmed that the Martyr's Anniversary is an important educational moment to recall the deeds and heroism of the martyrs, draw lessons of dignity and pride from their sacrifices, and follow in their footsteps in confronting the enemies of the nation. The event served as a reminder of the martyrs' contributions and encouraged participants to uphold their legacy.
Meanwhile, the people of the Bani Sukran locality organized a foot march in which participants demonstrated readiness and combat preparedness to confront any escalation by the Israeli enemy. Participants affirmed that the Yemeni people are watching and prepared to face any escalation by the Israeli enemy, in support of the Palestinian people's plight and in defense of the nation's holy sites.
