Kharif: Al-Thawra District Al-Thawra District in the Capital Secretariat witnessed two cultural evenings organized by residents of the Sadr Al-Shams, Bir Al-Balsa, and Al-Qadimi neighborhoods, celebrating the Mawlid al-Nabawi. The events were attended by a member of Parliament and the directors of the Civil Status Authority and the district.
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches during the evenings reviewed stations from the Prophetic biography, emphasizing the importance of following the Prophet's example and confronting enemy schemes and soft warfare. The speakers called for wide participation in the central event at Al-Sabeen Square and condemned repeated insults to the Holy Quran.
The evenings featured poetic recitals, chanting segments, folk performances, and religious musical stanzas, expressing joy and delight at the occasion.
