Sana'a: The General Mobilization Department in al-Thawra district of the Capital Sana'a held two large meetings on Tuesday for residents, dignitaries, and community leaders of the al-Jaraf al-Gharbi and Tunis neighborhoods. These gatherings were organized to commemorate the anniversary of the slogan and to enhance mobilization efforts and unity in confronting the enemy's schemes targeting the nation.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting in the al-Jaraf neighborhood included prominent figures such as Ambassador Abdul-Ilah Hajar, Advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council; Judge Hashim Aqabat, Secretary-General of the Supreme Judicial Council; Mohammed al-Ghuli, a member of the Shura Council; and Brigadier General Hashim Ibrahim, Director of the Civil Status Department in the Governorate, among others.
During the meeting, Engineer Mohammed Mada'is, Director of the Local Water Corporation in the capital, emphasized the significance of commemorating the slogan anniversary, viewing it as a tribute to freedom and dignity, and a denouncement of the nation's adversaries. He highlighted the critical nature of the current stage and its developments, urging everyone to embrace responsibility and heighten preparedness and security awareness to counter the conspiracies and schemes threatening the homeland's security and stability.
Dr. Ali Sharaf al-Din addressed the guests, providing an analytical perspective on the enemy's plans, and warning against ongoing Zionist-American attempts to instigate discord within Yemeni society and the Islamic nation. The meeting participants reaffirmed their resolve against the Zionist-American enemy's attempts to sow sectarian and regional divisions, emphasizing unity and the importance of heightened awareness of the current stage's gravity.
In the Tunis neighborhood meeting, attended by Ibrahim Al-Haifi, head of the General Authority for Social Insurance, and Saddam Al-Hababi, the directorate's mobilization officer, participants confirmed their continuous mobilization efforts and readiness for the next phase. Hussein Dahman, representing the neighborhood's residents and notables, expressed that the expanded community meeting was driven by a sense of responsibility amid regional challenges threatening the nation's identity and sovereignty.
Dr. Ibrahim Zayed, in his address, stressed the meeting's aim to address current events and phase requirements, particularly concerning the Zionist-American aggression against Palestine, Lebanon, and Iran. He declared the battle a sacred one against global arrogance, aimed at reclaiming sovereignty, liberating holy sites, and protecting resources.
Participants reiterated the unity of the fronts, asserting Yemen's presence and power at the heart of the battle to defend Al-Aqsa and support national causes. They renewed their unwavering support for the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to take strategic measures against enemies, emphasizing the need for mobilization and readiness to counter any escalation or external aggression, and to act decisively against any threats to internal security.
