On September 18, 2015, airstrikes led to the deaths of 21 citizens, including women and children, in Al-Shurou area of Haydan District, Saada Governorate. The attacks also destroyed a school in the region.
According to Yemen News Agency, further airstrikes in Baqim District resulted in 13 additional civilian deaths. In Marib Governorate, airstrikes on a market led to four deaths and injuries to others. A separate airstrike killed over twenty mercenaries in the Mala'a area, south of Marib.
The aggression extended to the capital, where supply warehouses were targeted, resulting in extensive fires and damage to infrastructure. Airstrikes in Sana'a Governorate caused damage to the home of the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman and residential areas.
In Taiz Governorate, airstrikes damaged homes and infrastructure across various districts. Al-Bayda City also experienced destruction from airstrikes, affecting sports facilities and residential areas.
The following year, on September 18, 2016, airstrikes injured five citizens in Dhamar Governorate. In Taiz, airstrikes resulted in injuries and damage to homes and infrastructure. Coastal areas were also targeted, leading to the deaths of two fishermen.
Over the subsequent years, aggression continued to inflict harm on civilians and infrastructure across Yemen. Reports from 2017 to 2022 detail numerous airstrikes, artillery shelling, and combat fortifications, resulting in multiple casualties and extensive property damage.
The ongoing aggression has severely impacted civilian life, highlighting the significant toll of the conflict on Yemen's population and infrastructure.
