US-Saudi-Emirati Aggression Results in Devastation Across Yemen on July 2

Sana'a: On this day, July 2, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression targeted citizens, their property, markets, and infrastructure in several governorates, resulting in deaths, injuries, and massive destruction of public and private property.

According to Yemen News Agency, on July 2, 2015, an entire family of five was killed, seven others were injured, and several homes were destroyed when the aggression's air force targeted the homes of citizens in the Al-Omrani neighborhood in the capital, Sana'a. Similarly, airstrikes in the Al-Nahda neighborhood resulted in the deaths of a father and his two daughters, injuring three other family members and destroying multiple homes.

Further casualties and destruction were reported in the Sahar district and Saada city, with airstrikes killing two citizens, injuring 15, and demolishing several homes. The Al-Qala'a area in Razih district and Al-Ghor area in Ghamr district suffered extensive artillery and missile shelling.

On July 2, 2016, airstrikes targeted a health center in Al-Rahidah district, Taiz governorate, killing one citizen and injuring another. The aggression's air forces also launched strikes in various areas of Sana'a, Jawf, Hajjah, Marib, and Saada governorates, causing significant damage.

The following year, on July 2, 2017, the aggression's air forces continued their assault with nine airstrikes on Haradh and Midi districts in Hajjah governorate and six on Sirwah district in Marib governorate. Similar attacks were reported in Saada, Munabbih, and Jizan sectors, leading to widespread destruction of homes and farms.

On July 2, 2018, the airstrikes targeted Zabid City in Hodeida Governorate, killing three citizens and injuring three others. The aggression also damaged educational institutions and commercial properties in the area. Extensive raids across Hajjah, Taiz, and Saada governorates resulted in further casualties and destruction.

On July 2, 2019, the aggression's air force launched multiple raids on Ibb, Taiz, and Saada governorates, targeting civilian homes and infrastructure. Shelling in Hodeida city resulted in the burning and damage of residences.

On July 2, 2020, airstrikes near Saada city killed a girl and an elderly woman, injuring six others. The aggression targeted various governorates, including Marib and Jawf, with airstrikes that caused significant damage to properties and infrastructure.

On July 2, 2021, Saudi artillery shelling in Saada injured six civilians. Missile strikes and air raids across Marib and Hodeida governorates further contributed to the devastation.

The aggression continued on July 2, 2022, with mercenaries targeting multiple governorates, including Marib, Hajjah, Saada, and Taiz, with artillery and shelling. Combat fortifications established by mercenaries exacerbated the impact of the attacks.

On July 2, 2023, mercenaries continued their aggression by establishing combat fortifications in Hodeida Governorate and attacking with artillery and machine guns, resulting in widespread fires and destruction across various areas.
