Sana'a: On this day, July 11, the aircraft of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression carried out airstrikes on various governorates, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of dozens of people, including women and children.
According to Yemen News Agency, on July 11, 2015, nine people were martyred following an airstrike by the aggression's aircraft on the Fadhah and Al-Juraibat areas in Al-Bayda Governorate. The attack also targeted a vehicle carrying women and two fuel tankers on the city's main road.
In Al-Taiziyah District of Taiz Governorate, two children were martyred and six civilians were injured when the aircraft bombed a citizen's house. The airstrikes also impacted Al-Arbaeen Street, Jabal Jarrah, Jabal Al-Zunuj, Al-Dabab, and the Mawiyah junction, leading to the complete destruction of six houses, damage to four others, and several civilian vehicles.
Further airstrikes hit Jabal Nuqum and the outpatient clinics of the Military Hospital in the Sawan area of the capital, Sana'a. The Spinning and Weaving Factory, the oldest in the Arabian Peninsula and the Gulf, was also targeted.
In Al-Arish City, a truck loaded with food supplies was hit on the main road, along with Aden Port, Al-Basateen, and Al-Mualla in Aden Governorate. Lahj Governorate faced airstrikes, as did Haradh and Midi districts in Hajjah Governorate, and buildings and bridges in Al-Naqbah and its surroundings in Shabwah Governorate.
On July 11, 2016, the aggression's aircraft launched airstrikes on Sirwah Market and the Al-Ashqari area in Sirwah District of Marib Governorate and on Abs District in Hajjah Governorate. Several other areas in Sana'a Governorate and Al-Jawf Governorate were also struck.
In subsequent years, similar airstrikes continued across various governorates, including Al-Jawf, Lahj, Saada, Hajjah, and Al-Bayda, resulting in civilian casualties and property damage.
On July 11, 2020, a child was injured by sniper fire in Al-Jayrat area of Al-Misrakh District, Taiz Governorate. Airstrikes targeted areas in Sana'a, Marib, Saada, and Al-Hodeida, while mercenaries shelled several regions with artillery and gunfire.
The aggression persisted into July 11, 2021, with airstrikes and artillery shelling affecting Saada, Marib, Al-Hodeida, Hajjah, and Al-Bayda governorates. Airstrikes on July 11, 2022, targeted Al-Hodeida, Taiz, Al-Dhalea, and Hajjah, with mercenaries establishing new combat fortifications and engaging in shelling across various regions.
Most recently, on July 11, 2023, reconnaissance aircraft carried out airstrikes in Al-Hodeida, while mercenaries shelled multiple areas with artillery and gunfire, continuing the trend of aggression and civilian impact.
