Taiz:The Ministry of Health and Environment has condemned the destruction of Bal'an Health Center in Al-Masrakh District, Taiz Governorate, following an attack by Saudi forces. The attack led to the complete destruction of the facility, rendering it non-operational.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Ministry's statement, also received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), labeled the attack as a blatant breach of international and humanitarian laws that protect medical facilities and personnel. The Ministry emphasized that such actions highlight an ongoing effort to deny Yemeni citizens their fundamental right to health care.
The Ministry has urged the international community, along with human rights and humanitarian organizations, to fulfill their legal and moral obligations by taking immediate action to halt these recurring violations against civilians and health infrastructure.
