Sana'a: On this day, June 1, dozens of civilians were killed and injured as a result of airstrikes launched by the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression on several governorates.

According to Yemen News Agency, on June 1, 2015, airstrikes targeted the Al-Jariza'a School in the Masik area of the Nuqum district in Sana'a, resulting in significant civilian casualties. The school was acting as a refuge for families displaced by ongoing conflicts. Additional raids were conducted on Jabal Al-Nahdain, the Special Security Forces headquarters, and Faj Attan in the capital.

In Saada Governorate, airstrikes on the Al-Khafji area of Sahar District resulted in the deaths of two women, including one who was pregnant, and five men. Ten others were injured. The airstrikes also targeted the Al-Ma'asar crusher in Al-Dhaher district, and multiple other sites, leading to further loss of life and property damage.

Further airstrikes affected Ibb Governorate, where two civilians were injured, and Taiz, where several patients at a psychiatric hospital sustained injuries due to bombing near the leprosy hospital building. Civilian homes in At-Ta'iziyah District were also destroyed.

Amran and Dhale'a Governorates were not spared, with raids launched on multiple areas, causing destruction and injuries. In Hajjah Governorate, the coalition forces bombarded Jabal Al-Nar, adding to the extensive toll on civilian life and infrastructure.

In 2016, airstrikes in Marib Governorate's Sirwah District and subsequent artillery shelling by mercenaries inflicted further damage and casualties. Similarly, in 2017, extensive bombing campaigns in Hajjah and Marib Governorates resulted in civilian suffering and infrastructural damage.

The pattern continued in 2018 and 2019, with relentless airstrikes and artillery shelling in various districts leading to additional deaths and injuries, including women and children. These attacks caused widespread destruction of homes, hospitals, and other civilian structures.

By 2020, the aggression's air force intensified their operations with numerous raids across Saada, Ma'rib, and Jawf governorates, causing significant damage to both public and private properties. The attacks also included the use of artillery and machine guns on civilian areas in Al Hudaydah Governorate.

In 2021, airstrikes and artillery shelling continued, with documented casualties in Saada and Jawf governorates. The coalition forces also targeted areas in Marib Governorate, resulting in further displacement and suffering for the local population.

Throughout these years, the ongoing airstrikes and artillery shelling have led to significant humanitarian crises across Yemen, with countless civilians caught in the crossfire of the conflict.
