Sana'a: On this day, June 13, the US-Saudi-UAE aggression committed war crimes by targeting citizens' homes, service institutions, and roads, resulting in dozens of martyrs and wounded, most of them women and children.
According to Yemen News Agency, on June 13, 2015, eight citizens were martyred and forty others, mostly women and children, were injured in airstrikes on citizens' homes in the Bayt Muayad area of Al-Sabeen District in the Capital Sana'a. The attacks resulted in the destruction of homes and damage to many others. In Hamdan District, two girls were martyred, and several homes were destroyed in airstrikes.
In a series of attacks across various regions, eleven citizens were injured in Dhamar City, and five were martyred in Saada Governorate. Extensive destruction to private and public property occurred, and attacks targeted Haradh Customs, medical centers, and strategic areas. On June 13, 2016, airstrikes damaged areas in Marib, Taiz, and Sana'a Governorates.
The following year, on June 13, 2017, attacks continued with artillery shelling and airstrikes in Marib, Taiz, and Saada Governorates. The aggression's warplanes also targeted historic sites, causing further damage. In 2018, airstrikes on Saada resulted in deaths and damage to infrastructure. The aggression targeted schools, homes, and farms.
On June 13, 2019, airstrikes caused significant damage in Sana'a and Saada Governorates. The aggression also destroyed a school and a citizen's house. The following year, in 2020, extensive airstrikes hit Marib, Al-Jawf, and other governorates, causing widespread property damage. The aggression continued to establish fortifications and shell several areas.
On June 13, 2021, airstrikes and artillery shelling caused injuries and property damage in several governorates. The aggression continued to target populated areas and established combat positions in strategic locations. In 2022, airstrikes and shelling targeted homes and areas in various governorates, causing further devastation.
Most recently, on June 13, 2023, reconnaissance aircraft launched airstrikes on Taiz and Al-Hodeida Governorates. The aggression continued with artillery shelling and established combat fortifications in several districts, causing ongoing harm to citizens and infrastructure.
