UST in Hodeida Holds Cultural Seminar on Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday

Hodeida: The Hodeida branch of the University of Science and Technology organized a cultural seminar to mark the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), focusing on his life, teachings, and lasting impact.

According to Yemen News Agency, the seminar was attended by the branch director, Dr. Mohammed al-Limah, and Vice Rector of Dar Al-Uloom Al-Shariah University, Sheikh Ali Adhabi. The event delved into the state of Arab society prior to the Prophet's mission, his life up to the moment of revelation, his migration to Medina, and the establishment of the Islamic state.

The discussions highlighted the importance of celebrating the Prophet's birthday to reinforce Yemeni devotion, foster unity among Muslims, and support key causes, particularly the Palestinian issue. Participants emphasized the need to draw moral and spiritual lessons from the Prophet's life, promote Quranic values, and address misconceptions about Islam and the Prophet.
