Visit to Blind Center in Al-Safiya District Reviewed

Sana'a: Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee in the capital Sana'a, Hamoud al-Naqeeb, and Sana'a Deputy Governor, Ibrahim al-Makhadhi, visited the Blind Center in the Al-Safiya District. According to Yemen News Agency, the visit included Hamoud al-Naqeeb, Ibrahim al-Makhadhi, and Nasser al-Kahili, Director of the Social Affairs Office, who gathered at the Blind Center to assess the services provided to visually impaired students. During their visit, they were briefed by the center's director, Hassan Ismail, on the educational, rehabilitation, and care services offered, as well as the challenges the center is currently facing. Al-Naqeeb highlighted that the visit was part of the ongoing support for the center, aiming to enhance the services available for the visually impaired. He acknowledged the commitment of the center's staff in delivering education and essential services to the students. Additionally, Eid gifts were distributed to the students as part of the visit.
