Manakhah: The Women's Cultural Authority in the districts of Manakhah and Al-Haymah Al-Kharijiyah in the Sana'a Governorate organized two speech events today to commemorate the annual anniversary of Al-Sarkha, also known as "the cry," for the year 1447 AH. The events were held under the motto "The chant of disavowal and freedom."
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the events emphasized the significance of marking this anniversary to draw lessons from the Al-Sarkha slogan, which symbolizes a practical stance against the nation's adversaries. They elaborated on how the slogan is reflected in actions that distinguish truth from falsehood, pride from humiliation, strength from weakness, and faith from hypocrisy. The need to embody the slogan by implementing a boycott was also stressed.
The events included discussions on the evolution of the Al-Sarkha slogan since it was first introduced by the martyred leader, Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi. They highlighted how the slogan faced opposition from forces of injustice and arrogance until it became a metaphorical weapon, with missiles and drones symbolizing its stance, compelling aggressors to face the consequences of their actions.
Participants affirmed that Al-Sarkha has boosted the morale of the Yemeni people, positioning them as leading defenders of the nation's sacred sites. The occasions featured anthems, poems, and a play underscoring the slogan's significance and greatness, followed by two vigils. The women of Manakhah and Al-Haymah Al-Kharijiyah expressed their unwavering stance, renunciation of tyrants, loyalty to sacred sites, and support for the jihad and resistance movement.
They reiterated their commitment to providing continued financial and in-kind support through convoys until a decisive victory is achieved.
