Women’s Sector Celebrates Anniversary of 21 September Revolution

Sanaa:The Women's Sector at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor organized a speech event to commemorate the 12th anniversary of the 21 September Revolution.

According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Ibrahim Al-Hamli highlighted the significance of celebrating the revolution, which marked Yemen's achievement of freedom and independence. He emphasized that the revolution was a result of faith-based principles and Quranic knowledge, producing leaders who overcame significant challenges.

Al-Hamli also stressed the importance of maintaining the revolution's achievements, which liberated Yemen from foreign dominance, leading to national freedom, pride, and dignity. He noted that the revolution brought about victory and empowerment, with martyrs paving the way for an independent Yemen.

The Deputy Minister further elaborated that the revolution initiated a new era of independence and self-reliance, despite ongoing external threats, particularly from Saudi Arabia, the United States, and Israel. He stated that these ambitions were thwarted by the Yemeni people's resilience and the steadfastness of the Yemeni Armed Forces.
