Hodeida: The Works Sector, the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs, and Heavy Transport Offices in Al Hodeida province organized a speech event commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) under the slogan "Hiyah minna al-thillah" (Never to Humiliation).
According to Yemen News Agency, Muhammad Halisi, the Governorate's Deputy for Services Affairs, highlighted that the commemoration serves as an annual opportunity to reflect on the values and principles embodied by Imam Hussein in Karbala, particularly dignity, honor, and steadfastness in truth. Halisi praised the involvement of the Works Sector, Transport Authority, and Heavy Transport Offices, asserting that the teachings of Imam Hussein guide free individuals throughout history. He noted that adhering to the ideals of the Hussaini revolution fortifies the resilience of the Yemeni people. Halisi also commended the Yemeni people's steadfastness and their unwavering support for national causes, especially the Palestinian cause, stating that the spirit of Karbala is reenacted today in places like Gaza and Sana'a, as well as all fronts of resistance against oppressive forces.
