Sana'a:The Wounded Care Foundation has commenced a new project to distribute medicines and medical supplies to wounded care centers across several governorates. The initiative, launched in the capital city of Sana'a, is valued at 8,682,000 Riyals.
According to Yemen News Agency, the project is being funded by various pharmaceutical and medical supply companies, factories, and agencies. Its main objective is to provide essential medical resources to centers dedicated to caring for the wounded.
Dr. Ali Al-Dhahyani, the Executive Director of the Wounded Care Foundation, underscored the project's significance as part of the Foundation's continuous efforts to support organizations that provide aid to the wounded. He mentioned that this initiative is a component of a larger program aimed at enhancing health resources for these care centers.
Al-Dhahyani also emphasized the Foundation's commitment to ensuring a dignified life for the wounded, in appreciation of their sacrifices for the nation. He expressed gratitude to all contributors supporting this project and the Foundation's other endeavors in this field.
Dr. Mohammed Al-Hamzi, the Foundation's Medicine Program Manager, provided an overview of the Foundation's previous projects and medical aid initiatives. He acknowledged the efforts of all individuals and organizations involved in these initiatives, which aim to lessen the suffering of the wounded.
