Sana'a: The Yemen Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control Organization concluded a field training course on Tuesday as part of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" public mobilization program, with the participation of 60 employees who had previously completed the program's theoretical training phase.
According to Yemen News Agency, the course was organized in response to calls for strengthening public mobilization and readiness, aimed at enhancing participants' preparedness and capabilities. Executive Director General Abdullah Al-Atifi stated that the participation of the authority's employees reflects its commitment to developing qualified personnel capable of efficiently and effectively carrying out their duties.
He noted that the program helps promote discipline, responsibility, awareness, and knowledge among participants, enabling them to better meet challenges and perform their duties. Participants praised the organization and training content, noting that the field phase provided valuable practical experience and contributed to improving their professional and operational readiness.
Previous stages of the program included intensive theoretical lectures on security, safety, and discipline, while the field training featured practical exercises and applications on the use of light and medium weapons, as well as discipline and task-management skills under various conditions.
