Sana'a: The General Directorate of Cultural and Social Activities at the Ministry of Youth and Sports arranged a visit for the Shabab Markhah football team from Shabwa province to the historic Dar al-Hajar in Wadi Dhahr, Sana'a province. This team is participating in the national championship.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Shabab Markhah team had the opportunity to tour the iconic rock palace, where they learned about its history, the stages of its restoration, and its cultural and architectural heritage. Dr. Mohammed Haj, the Director of Cultural and Social Activities at the Ministry, highlighted that the purpose of the visit was to provide a break from the routine of competitions and to enrich the participants' cultural experiences.

The delegation from Shabab Markhah expressed their gratitude to the Ministry for the warm reception. They praised Dar Al-Hajar as a significant symbol of Yemen's rich heritage, reflecting the nation's historical and cultural legacy.
