Sana'a: Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic Hassan Sharaf al-Din and Secretary-General of the Al Mahwit Local Council Dr. Ali al-Zaykum reviewed on Thursday the academic and educational performance of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Al Mahwit University. They inspected the faculty's departments and laboratories and were briefed on academic programs, development plans, and efforts to improve education and research.
According to Yemen News Agency, Sharaf al-Din praised the university's achievements and stressed the importance of developing medical education to provide the governorate with qualified healthcare professionals and strengthen health services. University President Dr. Mohammed al-Shalabi stated that the university continues to develop its academic and research programs, strengthen institutional partnerships, and improve its educational outcomes to meet community and labor market needs.
