Raymah: The Social Welfare Division in Raymah Governorate launched today the project of distributing food baskets to war disabled, families of prisoners, and mental health cases from the governorate's residents, on the occasion of the arrival of the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth (Mawlid al-Nabawi).
According to Yemen News Agency, during the launch, the Governor of Rayma, Fares Al-Habari, affirmed that distributing food baskets to this group is the least that can be offered in gratitude and appreciation for the sacrifices of the disabled and prisoners in defending the homeland.
He praised the role of the Social Welfare Division in caring for the families of the disabled and prisoners, urging merchants and the affluent to contribute to caring for this group, especially on the occasion of the noble Mawlid al-Nabawi (peace be upon him and his family).
Meanwhile, the head of the Social Welfare Division in the governorate, Mohammed Al-Bakali, with the presence of the Deputy Governor Mohammed Murad, pointed out that the launch of the food basket distribution comes on the occasion of the arrival of the noble Mawlid al-Nabawi, reinforcing social solidarity.
