Mawlid Celebrations Continue Across Hajjah

Sana'a: Cultural evenings and commemorative events continued today across Hajjah city and its districts to mark the Prophet Muhammad's birth anniversary.

According to Yemen News Agency, in Mabin District, residents of Al-Dhafir held a cultural evening attended by Deputy Governor Sadiq Al-Adbai and local mobilization officials. The Agricultural Association in Afla Al-Yemen, along with Zakat, Electricity, and Martyrs' Families Care branches, also held two evenings.

Cultural evenings were also held in Haradh, Kahlan Afar, Midi, Khayran Al-Muharraq, and other areas, with local officials and community figures in attendance. The Higher Institute for Teacher Training and Qualification organized a number of commemorative events in several districts.

In Bani Al-Awam District and the areas of Al-Sarabi, Roudman, Jabal Nimr, Bani Al-Qadmi, Bani Ghashim, and Al-Arif, several cultural evenings and meetings were held. Residents of Al-Mahjan in the provincial center also held a cultural evening.

Speakers stressed the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birth anniversary, drawing lessons from his life and following his example in confronting adversaries. They also highlighted Yemenis' historic role in supporting the Prophet, their close ties with him and his purified household.

The speakers called for broad participation in the province's main commemorative events, reflecting the deep love and attachment to the Prophet, sent as a mercy to the worlds.
