Al-madina: Al-Madina sub-district in the Al-Rujm district of Al-Mahwit governorate organized a cultural evening on Thursday to honor the birthday of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, speakers at the event underscored the significance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday, encouraging attendees to reflect on its religious, moral, and humanitarian importance. They emphasized that the occasion highlights the Yemeni people's love for the Prophet Muhammad and their deep connection to his noble character and righteous path.
The speakers urged participants to draw inspiration from the Prophet's virtues, such as truthfulness, trustworthiness, compassion, solidarity, and benevolence. They also highlighted the importance of the birthday as an opportunity to reinforce brotherhood and social solidarity, urging people to check on the conditions of the poor, needy, and vulnerable. The celebration aimed to promote the values of cooperation and compassion within society, reflecting the humanitarian principles of the Muhammadan message.
