Amran Court of Appeal Launches Admission Exam for Legal Registrars

Amran: The Chairman of the Amran Court of Appeal, Judge Ahmed Sharaf al-Din, inaugurated the admission exams for applicants seeking positions as legal registrars across the districts of the governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, during the inauguration, Judge Sharaf al-Din highlighted the crucial responsibilities of registrars, particularly in drafting and authenticating official documents. He emphasized the trust placed in legal registrars to safeguard and preserve people's properties and finances, as well as to document all legal instruments.

In addition, a member of the Court of Appeal and head of the admissions committee, along with Court Director Fahd Sailan and Documentation Director Ibrahim al-Muhibshi, pointed out that the profession of legal registrar is foundational to the judiciary. Legal registrars are mandated to handle official instruments such as contracts, powers of attorney, property deeds, and various legal documents.
